Majority of former teammates say otherwise. Even some that didn't exactly get along with him (Gregg Jennings for example).
He certainly has the smartest guy in the room personality which can/will rub some the wrong way.

For the "get a new Browns owner crowd", it could be worse.
(btw, I hate the complaining about Haslam thing. It's such a waste of time, because it isn't happening, so stop complaining about it, or find something else to do ... like go fly a kite, go outside, eat a ham sandwich and have a cream soda ... do something else)
