I'm interested to see if we play the 'move RT to LT' experiment again with Jones. IMO, it isn't working out too well for Wills. I love Jones as our RT of the future...but his limited athleticism worries me to some extent at LT. But I digress...
Jones allowed 4 sacks, 1 hit, 13 QB hurries and 18 pressures in 1723 career snaps at OSU. Even playing in a weak conference with limited athletes outside of 2 teams...that's impressive. I can't wait to see what Callahan does with him and where we decide to play him because I think he has a bright future.

Yeah well if he played well enough we would be able to get fair compensation in a trade but he's still here, learning from one of the best OLine coaches in the league. I guess that's not enough for him and says more about him than anything else.

If he shows this year that he could take over RT down the road, Conklin becomes a trade piece. JC is still a high performer but he ain’t cheap. We are going to need to be financially creative so a RT on a rookie deal would be a huge win.

Well, he once said about players in the NFL: 1/3 love football, 1/3 don't, and 1/3 are indifferent "but it's just what I'm good at right now".
Thus, no team has 53 players, who all wake up in the morning, wanting to run through a brick wall for their coach and fanbase.
As long as he works hard, is prideful, puts in the effort for the team's sake, and understands where the payday is coming from, then all of it is okay by me.
Btw, I might say my dream is going to the moon, but that doesn't mean I don't give a shit about today's task at hand.
