After Manziel and Watson, there is no shitshow we can't handle. Especially an HOF dad who just signed a mega-contract to coach in the west.

I can't tell you how little it concerns me. I'm way more concerned if he can be QB1. On-field team work starts Friday. Let's just see.

Stefanski, AB, Depo, and Haslam has the fanbase constantly calling for their heads, and they seem fine.
I just don't see a nightmare, or a potential nightmare, happening. People know what Deion is about, and yes he's over the top in a sensationalistic sort of way, but harmless otherwise. Sheduer has been in the limelight his whole life, with money, and you don't see crazy pics on his socials with nutty chicks etc. It's mostly motivational and "thank god" stuff.

Perhaps I'm in the minority, but I just don't see the shitshow on it's way to CLE.

Poor widdle oppressed Shadeur, being held back due to his Blackness by da Wyte manes who bees jealous of his "swag." Hell, we even have BBC Cuckold like Mike Florio popping their limp wrists, snapping their fingers and demanding Sanders is the day 1 starter without having proven shit as of yet.

It can quickly, all too quickly become a distraction and cause an implosion.

What if he sucks ass and doesn't start? Outrage and distraction. What if Kevin wants him to sit and learn? Outrage and distraction. What if (likely) Pickett is the better QB and is placed ahead of him on the depth chart or starts over him? Outrage and distraction. Plus with open racists like Garrett on the team a likely mutiny against Pickett and Flacco to take up for their brutha.

That's not even taking into account if the mob gets their way like usual and he starts in order to placate them. If he sucks or struggles as all rookies do, it will be a mob of Sanders, NOT Browns fans, blaming Stefanski and demanding he be replaced with Deion Sanders.

I wanted Sanders and that's been established for awhile now but the bullshit that has been created isn't worth it and I am hoping we just cut bait in preseason to focus on the season ahead without his circus.

I'm afraid that you're going to be correct.
We will see.
If he is a real narcissist or an ill adviced badly influenced hard working kid.
But the clownshow should be managed from day one.
Deion should be kept away as far as possible and Shedeur should be kept away from the media.

Maybe.
On the other hand, if a first round talent - pre draft, that was the consensus - falls to the 5th round, its not a bad to pick him up and see what happens.
I think I would.
At worst you cut him for minimal loss and at best you get a first round QB.
Does it bring risk? Sure. But you have to manage that. You're a football team, you're not sending people to space.
