Not sure who Kraft is. Is he the NE owner? Anyway more DEI hiring is on the way. What do all or most of the recently fired coaches all have in common? You can expect it right here in Cleveland to a degree as well in the way of assistants. At least until the yes man is fired. Book it!

At this point do you even know what woke actually means? There is zero wrong with or racist of anything Berry has done. But clearly you have a problem with any diversity regardless of if the people are capable in doing their job.

That's what I'm talking about.. This tool could've spread good will and been smart about it like Todd Bowles , who I like as a coach by the way.. He was a pretty good DB with the Browns during the belichic years if I recall. But no.. Like every other grifter (Mayo) he had to bring racism into his presser... I'm sure their locker is jumping over joyed..LOL...
 
Can't blame nickers for being a little critical. We hired a lesbian drunk as an assistant coach, and yearly teams are pressured by lobbyists into picking up bums like Joe Woods up off the Fritz Pollard scrap heap. Basing the way you treat someone or hiring someone based on skin color or something other than merit is absolutely wrong, and it is disgusting. (gender can be different as genders do have huge biological differences) Our front office is 100% doing that, anyone who argues Joe Woods and the drunk Lesbian were hired based on merit are clowns of the highest order. If they treated our roster the same way they treat the coaching staff and front office hiring, our team wouldn't be 98.9% black, would it? Hypocrisy. There are billions to be made, and votes to be tallied, that depend upon keeping racism alive however... so keep it alive they will.

That being said, Mayo doesn't strike me as a hire based on race ...but he certainly is a racist.
