Basically, if he balls out and his draft assessment is top-3, why would he not come out after this year, which is his Junior year.

What a nightmare this guy has been for the Browns. I know they were going for it all. But sometimes it's better to lay up than to go for the green with a driver off the fairway at 300 yards over water.
