Cavaliers 2023-2024 season

Trade or not the Cavs suck. Outside of the LBJ years they've won a couple of playoff series in 50+ years.

That is far worse than the Browns and that is hard to do.
I'd rather have an NHL hockey team.

Hold the fort here. do you know how many REAL All-Star players we have had, ever? so letting one just go is not on the table. unless it's a no brainer. and we just don't get those opportunities. the "talking heads" keep saying he wanted to go to NYC. Well they been saying that about LBJ forever. trouble is those teams there are not good. history.

Mitchell is marching his way towards the HOF. would be nice if it was in a Cav's uniform.

Got one here just won the Cup. guess what ? don't give a fuck. do you go to Detroit or Pittsburgh to watch Pro hockey ?

I'm not a BIG puck guy. but had friends who played and loved the sport. they liked to see it played at a high level, if you wanted that the past 70 years you had to travel. 6 to 20 of us would go mostly to Pittsburgh.
Let me tell you no sport I've ever been to is better than a NHL game Live. one hell of a experience.
 
SOB Coach found players on His bench. that's saying something, it's been my only beef with him. but his pickings have been few the past 2 years. I questioned what they were thinking with the back up PG with Rickey out/gone. Ty Jerome ?
this team doesn't draft greatly/Bigly, have we Ever got a undrafted rookie player that's played well ? I think it happened once but I can't recall the player right off but I think he played for like 10 years or more as a bench guy. after his first 2 games Porter has not even looked like a rookie. but the team couldn't of predicted this.

Bring back TT was shocking even more so after getting rid of KLove. it's just not like what they've been up to.

Winning 3 in a row makes it look like you know what's up.

See all those bowl seats unused ? you know they are sold. that's a shame lot's of kids in Miami would've liked to have been there.

They guys have gone 3-1 the past 4 games, missing our best players. The win over the Jazz with the 3 players out might have been one of the best TEAM efforts I've seen in a while. Sam Merrill was on fire, game of his Pro Life. Porter getting PT he could've never dreamed of lately. coach coaching them up.

They took the What's left of the Cav's crew to Chicago for a little game of Basketball Saturday night. the fans where playing a bit of "Who He Play For" and found Damian Jones getting 12 minutes with 5 fouls and a +16, providing a Spark. all 5 starters in double figures whoever they are.
But seriously these Kids are fun to watch. taking the opportunity they have and playing the right way as a team.
 
That was a ________ game. what to call it ? When you go down 20, Luka scores 20 in the 1st. Mavs are have so much fun then, they are laughing it up at us. looking at the box score at halftime LeVert was a -26 if I recall right. coach stuck with him. I might went with Porter in the 4th but he never got in down the stretch. it was LeVert with the come back hitting key shots to trim his +/- to -16.
What a ______ game.
Allen had his best game of the season with 24 points 23 rebounds. while laying the D on Luka at times. yep that happened.

How About JB pulling the strings here.
The boys are 9-2 and have won 7 in a row now. fact these fellows are playing the best they ever have the past 2 years. without 2 starters. this is very rare. one man down happens from time to time.
Makes you think... what could you get for those 2 players ? I'm not too serious here but still. you can seldom get really good value for good players.

The NBA has become a strange league, when a player can't get on a team at 31 years old and can play good minutes but there's TT,
last year.
Sam Merrill sure has taken the chance given. his value on the up. might want to talk with his agent asap. what a great job by Koby picking up Niang & Strus in the off season.

They beat the Wizards twice the Spurs, Nets, Bulls and Hawks. I guess beating the Bucks without Giannis is something and the Mavs before the win streak.

Lose your second and third best players. most teams aren't winning period.
Allen is now playing to his Full Potential. at this point I didn't think that would ever happen. frankly I don't want that to Stop.
