Cavaliers 2023-2024 season

That All-Star game cut off our MoJo but you could see it coming back last night. we had a spell of drought but overcame it thanks to Max. but it takes a team. Spida doing his thing.
Here we go Cavs
 
Spida could not do his thing, and we could not overcome it. 2 OT's we worked at it. I see more of the Bull's than I should, guess they are in a lot of close games. they are a scrappy bunch. plagued with injuries the past 2 years.

Wasted good games by Mobley & LeVert. Coached tried finishing with the starters that didn't workout. we will see if he tries that in our next close game.
 
How does one go about telling your starters $$$$ they won't be closers ?
it's a ruff place he's in. I think he would get the axe if he did it. even if he talked to Koby beforehand.
Koby would shake his head side to side anyway.

Have those 2 starting is not the dilemma, they can/could start. but the closers. when you need those Stops. that's how we were winning those games. while those 2 were out.
but still the chemistry with the 3 guys (Okoro,Wade,Merrill) losing those minutes. hard to get back to.

JB can fix the chemistry easily. Bringing Garland and Mobley in off the bench seems to have worked. Bring it back.

Is it possible that Koby pushes his draft picks to play more or start?

That's one thing AB seems to have conquered for the Browns. Keeping the talent that Dorsey brought in and playing them.
 
Garland and Mobley are at the very least ... near All Star level players. starters just starters. too late to trade them.
even those guy getting their minutes know that. coach would lose the team if they didn't start. this is the NBA
 
I remember players that didn't start yet would get more minutes than "starters". Being the first five guys on the floor doesn't mean they get more minutes than the rest of the team.

Too bad. We were playing very good and now we're back to average or a sliver above.

And the Cavpuff's nightmare continues tonight with a visit from the Knicks. I think they should be highly motivated to win tonight.

The Boys played The D that wins Games in the 4th. The Quarter of Dean Wade's Life would've been a waste without that team effort.
He was on Fire too.
Let's hope this game propels us to a great run to the Playoffs.
 
Meanwhile we went to New Orleans and put a ass whoopin on them. Spida back good things happen. time to get shit together these last 16 games. 10 of them road games... thanks NBA. please stay healthy.
