He went to college and got drafted to play Baseball and become MLB player. I want to know.

Why did he give up baseball to go back to College then play American Football. Why not become American Football player instead of Baseball.

Just interested.

Gruden QB Camp - He said he had a cannon but not quite the accuracy.

I like the idea of Weeden best for this draft. I hate the idea of spending one of our first round picks for the 3rd or 4th best QB in the draft when we need so many other things. Nobody would fault the Browns for giving McCoy one more season, but missing on a WR or RB and everyone will (appropriately) howl.

Positionally, our need for WR, RB, OT, and LB all outweigh the need for a QB. Some could probably list a few more positions in front of QB.

This is likely your QBOTF, and he is also likely the #1 pick most years if he is 22 year old. We may even have to snag him in the first round with our second pick, although I really hope we can land him in round 2.

You know, Weeden in the 3rd or a tradeup back into the 2nd would have worked for me, but when we took him at 22 I was taking a drink of soda, I gagged, soda came out my nose, I started choking and yacked.

Figures, we finally get a home run hitter for the offense with our first pick then as usual, it all goes to hell.

Common sense tells me that throwing to Little and Cribbs in the NFL North will be a little more difficult than throwing to Blackman and Dez Bryant from the shotgun in the defensively challenged Big 12/8. IMHO
