Although that was the best deep ball he has thrown all season the ball was under thrown, Smith had to slow down and wait for it. I gotta see his arm at the combine. Maybe it's a timing or footwork issue, but it's consistently off.

He wins... I don't care how he gets it done... Montana's arm was like spaghetti.. dinked and dunked his way to 4 SB trophies..
 
I think he has all the tools. Look at the QBs left in the tournament -- Mahomes, Allen, Alexander, and Hurts -- all make big plays with their feet. Howard has the athletic ability to succeed. Don't penalize him because he's on a great team. He's a good leader. If he's who the Browns choose, I'll be all in.

Athletic? What? He has no speed. Nor ability to make people miss. He has no arm. He is pretty accurate. Not sure what else qualifies him to be a round 1 QB

I don't think and have never said he's a round 1 QB, but he is a good runner and pretty accurate and a solid leader. And I think you're wrong about his arm strength. Not top notch, but plenty good. Pretty sure I said late 2nd. Wouldn't mind us moving up to get him there.
