Just wanted to start the game thread this week to experiment with some features. (this is posted as an article, may change it back not sure what it does) As always, you can join the Game Thread's room in the chat box and post directly to this thread from there as well. Go Browns!

I just wonder about bakers confidence with this playcalling
this running 3 downs in a row is a relief for fans who feel the CB are a running team
but after a while its not going to surprise anyone
how many deep shots did we take in this game? maybe 2?
this formula is going to get old pretty quick If we cant play better

If Woods sucks giving up 16, what’s that say about the coach who can only put 6 on the board?

The time of possession was 38 vs 22 in favor of the Raiders. The third quarter was a one team show. Our inability to stop the run has dramatically reduced our options on offense. I suppose we had a defensive game plan that expected the Raiders to run most of the time, well its execution was ridiculous ever since the start. The first down picked up by Carr (was it a 3rd down?) running in the middle of an open field with no LB to be seen on my TV screen was disgusting.

wondering if people even watched the game. the weather made anything over 15yds pass questionable. so the raiders stacked the box and the browns gave up 200+ rushing yards.

the weather should have made both offenses struggle. just the browns offense did.

they are all NFL teams ...ask the titans and the Packers about facing the 1 win bengals and vikings how it turned out against the Lesser teams.
Not interested in the other teams you mentioned. Only the Browns and the Browns winning a Super Bowl or 3 while I’m still here. Thats akin to predicting a Pukesburg 🤮 championship. I don’t give a fuck about those other teams! 😏

I didn’t see the presser but in the past Woods has laughed and joked about giving up 30+. Guess it’s not so funny when they lose despite only giving up 16. Hard to believe the offense could only score 6. I’d be mad about that too if I were KS. I wonder how long his leash is considering the talent on this offense

sorry bud this isnt a super bowl contending team not this year .......its a maybe squeak into the playoffs team .....MAYBE.

I see a 9-7 or .500 team. If they were healthy I’d say 10-6 or maybe even 11-5 and a lock for the playoffs. Not enough consistency. Baker is up and down. I’m slowly losing confidence that he can be the man here in Cleveland. You may accept mediocre play, but I cannot. The true greats play good to great against all teams. Not just the weaker ones. Although I truly hope he proves me wrong. But I haven’t seen the “it” factor consistently in the clutch from him.

its hard watching kyler murray beat the seahawks like that.that hurts.burrow and herbert look great.huge upside there.
joe's bengals beat the titans.
even allens bills just beat the pats.Is baker suddenly going to turn the corner and start playing like peyton manning?
or even kyler murray? we paid for manning.did we get mark sanchez?

Well no butt fumbles, so not quite Sanchez. I think Baker has a much better/longer NFL future than Sanchez. Definitely not sold Baker is the QB a team can hitch their wagon to for the next 10 years with him being a QB that can carry the team. Which with where QB salaries are and headed a teams QB is going to need to be. If the QB is not a Wilson, Rodgers, Brady, Brees, Luck (before he retired), or Mahomes type QB the window of success for the team is very limited

sanchez lead his team to 2 consecutive AFC title games.that would be nice
moments of greatness bridled by ultimate failure.Im rooting for the kid 100%
he could not be more supported than he is by the team and the fans

it seems the QB carries the team or the team carries him
