You can say a lot of things about Jameis, but he is a fucking leader and the team loves him. How many QBs do you see running around out there pregame in the snow, hyping up every single member and bringing a smile to their face. City starting to see it too.
He has his unique style. Sometimes it's hilarious. Sometimes it's just goofy. You don't get perfect when a man is comfortable in his own skin and isn't afraid to show you who they are. Hopefully, he continues to work on his game and we can bring him back next season.
