Nobody was sucking Watson's cock. We gave Watson the same leash we gave Baker. Sadly we had a coach utilize him incorrectly, get him injured, played him through injury, and ruined his time here. Sound familiar?

I guarantee Baker would still be here if the coach you champion had demanded it. But this coach you champion demands nothing ...and you can tell.

I don't champion Stefanski. But in 2021, I was so fired up about this team's future. We had lost to the Chiefs in a thriller in 2020. We had a fantastic preseason and 1st game against the Chiefs. I really thought we'd be in contention for the division title for the next decade. And then Baker tried to tackle the dude. I do blame Stefanski for not having the balls to bench Baker and pretty much give up hope for 2021. Instead we played Baker until he was so hurt it took him a year to get throwing with velocity and accuracy again and we gave up on him.

I don't blame Stefanski for Baker getting hurt and I don't blame him for Watson getting hurt. Face it, Watson was damaged goods when he got here, mentally damaged. The whole hand-job fiasco cooked his competitive spirit it seems. He never really bought in to the team. I don't know who to blame for that.

I hated that trade. Felt like we gave Baker, who laid it all out on the line for us every play, the shaft. But I still wanted to be proven wrong by Watson. Watson fucked us all for the love of the big bucks. We (the owner, front office, and coach) completely fucked up the good vibe this team had and flushed it down the toilet with that decision. It will grate me forever. We had everything we needed to become the kind of solid, winning franchise year after year that we all want. And we pissed it away. Only the Browns have such horrible luck.

I'm tired of blowing it up every time we face adversity. Stefanski is a decent coach, clearly not a great coach. Do we just keep changing coaches every few years until we find that gem, like looking for a top 5 QB?

I wouldn't mind giving Liam Coen the job. But I honestly don't think any really great coaching prospect will come here, given our recent history of fucking everything up.
 
Yes you absolutely keep hiring coaches until you find the right one. Mediocrity is failure. We have a loaded roster and a high draft pick, we can land a great coach easily. The problem is, with the current structure of our FO, we need a Head Coach who will not challenge the baseball guy who runs our team from San Diego. No great leader of men is going to be on board with that as we witnessed with the last coaching search, and with Dorsey.

Moving on to a new coach is not blowing anything up. We have replaced our DC and our OC and neutered our current HC of play calling duties. It's a joke. Nobody respects this guy anymore.

Our FO is not structured right now for a alpha style coach.

It’s a fact we need a mans man at HC. Our whole organization has been leaning towards a trend that is just not working.

Bring back the really tough and passionate players and coaches.

None of this matters unless we get a QB plan. KS will continue to produce losses, and no coach in his right mind will want to replace him, without a QB plan.
