I think they think their choices are in this order:

1. Ward
2. Milroe
3. Dart
4. Sanders
5. Shough

Pretty sure they will end up with one of those. Unless they are WTNY.

Shough seems amazing btw, but injury history and Weeden trauma has me apprehensive.

I'll be very disappointed if we don't move back into the first and get our QB if we go Hunter at #2.

And I'm really afraid we've talked ourselves out of taking a real QB swing.

Zegura lamenting yesterday he thinks we make the thinking Howard, McCord, or Gabriel on Saturday.
McCord can spin it, but, well, shit, I don't know.

There is no way Myles was told "we'll resign Flacco, have Pickett, and will get a rookie QB somewhere on Saturday". Especially since he mentioned "young QB" in the follow up interviews.

Things change I suppose. The Titans at the combine were not taking a QB, and the Browns were. Now, it's flipped.

I'll be delighted if TEN takes Hunter @1. Then every QB would still be on the board.
Just so it gets the shiny object off the board and puts Berry and Depo on the spot.
Then they can pick a winning QB if they're capable. Focus on priorities, not the shiny object.
Certainly, by now they should realize they need a capable QB on a rookie contract.

It seems pretty easy if they take Hunter first.
Get our QB.
But they might like Pickett better than Sanders, Ward or any of the rookies. That's fine too. They'll have made their decision one way or the other that being Pickett is the guy and Flacco the mentor for him and a later round QB pick like Dart, McCord, Howard, Shough or Milroe.
