One thing I will say... Whoever the QB coach for Balt is has helped Jackson change his throwing mechanics.. He threw some pretty wicked lasers last night without that awkward throwing motion hes had in the past... Say what you want but he almost came back and won that game all by himself ... Is it me?.. Or does Derrick Henry look slower than molasses?.. He looked gassed the entire night...

Wasn't bothered by anything he said. Was asked about rumors of him waiting a contract one penny higher than Jefferson's, Chase says IF I want to beat Justin Jefferson, I’m going to beat the sh*t out of Justin. Not by a penny, brother.
I don't take that as confirming he is demanding a contract significantly higher than Jefferson. I take that as a direct answer to the question about the rumor. To me Chase was intending only to state the rumor is false. Basically saying if the issue was about being a contract higher than Jefferson's it wouldn't be for a penny. I am also keeping mind Chase and Jefferson are buddies and former college teammates. So there is competitive jest in there.
If I had to guess where the hold up is and where Chase is wanting to beat Jefferson's contract on is the guaranteed money. Jefferson got 140M with about 89M guaranteed. Chase and his agent are probably trying to get that guaranteed money in the low 90s.
