What does Callie Brownson's sexual orientation have to do with anything?

Not sure what is meant by her being "next in line" behind KS mean? She doesn't take over as HC if KS can't coach (as seen last year when KS had to miss a game for covid). KS described her job as such where she can go interact with football ops or PR or the locker room or the equipment room. Acting as the liaison to the rest of the building for KS.

Not saying she would be HC dingbat... Just saying as far as rank shes 1 behind KS she or He is Chief of Staff.. Which puts her above everyone else but KS...... Her orientation might have somethging to do with it since the LGBT community seems fixed on making everyone bend over backwards for their sick causes and maybe the Woke League is tiptoing around it for fear of backlash from either side......
 
Based on what has her above everyone else? You nor I have zero idea what the actual pecking order of authority is within the building. Based on the job KS outlined one could say she is a glorified assistant/paid intern.

Your she or he comment pretty much says it all as to why you brought up her sexual orientation. She couldn't possibly have the job simply because she was qualified for it. There is no way some "girl", a "queer" one at that, could be capable or qualified to do the job, and that's why they have it.

To be fair we have very little diversity. How many white, asian, native american, and latin american athletes do we have on our team? Point is, the NFL is far from diverse ...but shhh we're not supposed to talk about that.

One should be hired and paid based on competence, not on what is in your pants or what the skin of your color is.

If you hire someone bacause he has the preferred color, or the preferred x and y chromosomes, then what do we call that?

If you dont live under a dictatorship, theocracy or communism you have nothing to blame but your incompetence, poor decisions or bad luck.

OT. Our 53 man roster should be the best players we can get. No one cares how 'diverse' they are.

you're a fu*king idiot. we happen to have a "woke dyke" on our football staff and that means its diverse.
now that does not mean "forced diversity" just diversity. Im sure she got the job because she's good at it and for no other reason.
