Yup, history of hamstring and groin injuries. He got this one trying to make a tackle on the KO returned for a TD in the HOU game
He was just doing his job. 10 other guys not doing Their primary job.
he's missed some games but not that bad imo

I kind of feel for K or P in those situations. They make no effort, probably feel like it's letting the team down (don't know what the coaches say in film review). Likely mocked on TV for the no effort. So they go try, then quickly find out they can't do that. I personally subscribe to the the theory that the most they can/should do is get in the way in the hopes of slowing down the returner so someone else can make the tackle. Same for a QB when they throw a pick.

I wasn't trying to knock how he got the injury. Just noting when/where it occurred.

That's a lot of games for a kicker. But I was more the history of the hamstring and groin issues costing him time. Missed game to several games almost every year with same things.
