To be clear, if I was in his position I’d probably do the same thing! That said, I’m a fucking moron!

I expect professionals to be smart enough to not allow emotions to dictate their decisions!!

Unfortunately most pro players are no different than you or I. Professionals in all professions can and will at some point allow emotion to dictate their decisions. People gonna people.
 
My prediction for this game is Hunt plays a huge role in run and passing game. I believe they have been limiting his touches to keep him healthy and fresh for playoffs.
My prediction is 50 rush - 50 receiving - 2 touchdowns
He is an emotional leader for this team and they will do everything they can to re-establish the run game for the playoffs.
