It's just a fact of life that NFL quarterbacks are going to have rushing attempts in this era. The vast majority of these are rolling out and picking up a couple of yards when the coverage drops.

Watson gets a few extra because he's got the athletic ability to utilize the ROs and RPOs. We'll tack on a few more based on having a shit OL and needing to make something happen.

More important than the rushing numbers are:

1. Watson is a smart runner. He doesn't take big hits in the open field, doesn't try to do too much, takes his yards and gets down.

2. He had 90 rushing attempts but 544 passing attempts. The passing makes up the vast majority of his game, and he's fucking good at it. In 2020 he led the league in passing yards, was 7th in passing touchdowns, 3rd in completion percentage (over 150 throws), 2nd in passer rating, 6th in first down percentage (over 150 throws), first in completions over 20 yards, tied 4th in completions over 40 yards, 1st in yards per attempt (over 150 throws), and tied 4rd fewest interceptions (over 150 throws).

His passing numbers are fucking mental. Again, these are just right there with Allen, Mahomes, Rodgers, etc. It is the highest levels of elite NFL passing.

Trying to portray him as a run-first quarterback just doesn't work. He's an elite thrower who has rushing as a modest element of his game - however, it is worth noting his rushing numbers are also excellent. It's a positive part of his game.

It's okay to be frustrated with the trade if you're uneasy with the allegations against him. But let's not pretend Watson isn't an elite quarterback. It's the very reason why the Browns gave up so much to get him despite the allegations. It's the very reason half the teams in the NFL were vying for his services.

I wish Baker could run 90 times. Because his accuracy is suspect. And when i say that, im not talking about an occasional beautiful throw. You have to have consistency if you expect me to "evaluate" and say he's accurate.....

I know one argument is that it is is 22 women. Numbers do not necessarily mean it is true. My challenges to the argument that it being 22 means it must be true are as follows:

1. How is it that up until Watson refused to pay money and then a civil suit was filed none of the 22 ever attempted a criminal complaint. Just as 22 lying seems like a lot, so does 0 of 22 ever attempting a criminal complaint until after civil suit filing and refusing to settle by Watson. I don't want to minimize the struggle women may have for coming forward for a criminal complaint for sexual assault, but 0 of 22 is highly suspect.

2. How many people say and believe Trump had the election stolen from him? Numbers don't equal truth

That's the biggest argument most make...and it's the most obtuse, myopic, simpleton argument as well..."22 woman can't be lying".

Actually, yes, they can. Especially given the timing, types of women we are talking about, the fact Buzbee sought all of them out (not the other way around) and when a lot of money is involved. $100K+ is a huge amount of money for pretty much all of these women.

If that is your argument (not you Masters, just saying 'your' in the general sense), then you are too simple minded to even discuss the topic.

Disclaimer: I'm not saying they are or aren't lying. I'm saying using that only to form your opinion does make you pretty much a simpleton.

It's actually the other way around. Rape is a form of sexual assault. Sexual assault is the umbrella term. But don't let definitions confuse you.

But the millions in Watson’s bank account and special treatments an NFL star gets can certainly make or break you when it comes down to making sound, pristine and morally right decisions.

We are seeing what they want us to see. Or basically what they can control.

If this guy can easily find trouble like this... I have to question his mental toughness.. I mean... Why wouldnt he just use the teams Masso Therapists... I mean the guy needed 22 broads to rub him down allegedly... If this guy can't control his pecker... How is he gonna direct and lead 11 other men on the field with any credibility?... I just find the whole thing hilarious and disturbing at the same time

The problem with that excuse his fanboys are using is addressed in the texts. It is also well known in Texas if you are a star football player the police look the other way. So, putting yourself in the victims shoes, you take the issue repeatedly to the Texans. They continually sweep it under the rug. The police aren't going to do anything. Watson throws a hissy fit because they won't hire a Black GM and HC and demands a trade while trashing the Org. Now the victims feel comfortable enough to seek some justice. They reach out to their Attorney and tell them, hey there are a lot of us and this guy has been doing this to women all over Houston.

Or we can keep pretending he was reading them Bible verses and praying for them on the way to volunteering at an orphanage where he spends his free time mentoring the kids. You know, when he isn't volunteering at the soup kitchen and feeding the homeless.
