Flacco looked calm and in control while in the pocket (even behind a weakened OL). There was timing issues with hand offs and pitches but that is to be expected. The pick was not pretty and I'm not sure if someone had a different play in mind between him and WR but aside from the last half of Ravens game, we have not seen a qb do deep with any confidence. That potential alone makes us more dangerous running and on underneath routes. If Flacco has two more weeks of steady #1 reps, I think he will be lightyears ahead of our rookie.

Called for the bomb? Stefanski told him to throw it to the double covered deep route? Flacco looked good, but that was a bad decision by him, not Stefanski.

You literally said "Stefanski called for the bomb." As if when you're only down 3 with 6 minutes left you should only throw short passes and runs. There were options on the play other than the deep route. If Flacco had a half second more, that pass is complete or overthrown. You hate Stefanski so much it's funny, and it makes me want Kevin to stay here for a decade.
