Beyond any doubt they(FO) should sign him for next year today. he passes all the tests. if he gets us to the playoffs and wins just 1 game his price tag will Grow. plus he might want to go feeling disrespected. I would. pay the man.

Flacco is surprising me in a good way. And I enjoy watching him play far more than DeShawn.
Flacco is, apart from some ugly picks, very consistent.
I didnt watch last game into detail, but last week's pick was both a lack of protection and rust.

After watching the "Old Man" Flacco play... I never want to hear another excuse from any Qb's on our roster ever again.. Flacco just put a clinic on being a pro QB in the NFL.. I honestly don't care if DW ever see's the field again... JF is out classing him in every way. By that... I mean he's covered all of the bases thus far.. And doing it on the cheap!! DW can stay on massage protocol all he likes.. To me.. It's like he does not exist on this team anyway.

I'm not giving up on Watson. He looked like the player we thought we were getting that 2nd half against the Ravens. Flacco has looked like the solid player we need to play QB the rest of the season, but there's no way Joe could do what Watson did that half against Baltimore. He got hurt, too bad. It would have been great to see him play a couple of more games to see if that Watson was here to stay. So far, a horrible trade on our part. Watson can still turn it all around if he comes in ready next season. A big IF, I know.

Gotta be "the business of the NFL" stuff more than AB and KS truly not caring if he ends up on another team.
As has been said here, all this means is he can be offered by another team, but not stolen or poached.
I don't love it, because I don't understand it, but it has to be just a business thing.

Joe's not going anywhere. Fear not. He's ours for the rest of the season. He said he'd feel 50 years old if he were playing for the Jets.
