Last time I checked, Detroit had a guy named Dorsey working for them and they've been going deep into the playoffs.

Dorsey would take the QB who is good at QB-ing. A team without a QB is a team without hope. He'd draft Sanders, or go get Ward, because everything else is just dicking around until we have a QB1.

He'd go full-Dorse and not pick about a player because of analytics, intangibles, tools, or metrics. He'd just get the guy who can play. That's what he did with Mayfield while Grossi was getting busted off air calling Baker "a fucking midget".

Someone needs to take a Louisville slugger to that goddamn laptop. Because of that stupid motherfucker we lost out on Patrick Mahommes, Josh Allen, sent Mayfield over to the playoffs each year with Tampa Bay, blew 1/4 million dollars on a serial rapist who sucks ass as a QB and potentially pass on an elite QB prospect this year.

Does drafting Sanders make you worse than if you just roll with Pickett? No, it doesn't. Worst case scenario you end up rolling with Pickett anyways and win whatever you were already going to win. Best case scenario Sanders balls out like a madman and you've finally, FINALLY turned the Cleveland Browns around.

I'm not even in Camp Sanders, but the facts are the facts. We need a QB. He is a promising young prospect and a hardworking, high character young man. Shoot your shot. If it doesn't work then shoot another shot in a few years.

'Shoot your shot' is how we ended up with Deshwan Watson.
You need players. Many of them. So I think they roll with Pickett, maybe a day 2 or 3 draft pick qb and see what happens next year.
But I agree. If they like Sanders, they should not overthink it and draft him.
