Why fix your problems, when you can blame someone else for a fraction of the trouble?

It is indeed a pathetic mindset. I worked for a company (Japanese) where blaming someone was a biiiig no-no. Fix the problem and prevent it from happening again, was the motto.
 
flores oh oh.some people will not approve LOL.
he'd be great.hes a hybrid 3-4-4-3 guy which I love.he can also fill in as HC which is handy.
he'd want to draft a versatile front 7.interesting.anything but what weve done for 4 years would be good.
 
The only reason I don't approve of Flores is he wants the HC position. We had another DC that wanted that a few years back and we saw how that went. Underlying tension, and underperforming for the purpose of mutiny. And when Stefanski is fired next year, Flores will cry RAYCISS if the Browns don't hire him. Which of course the Haslam's will indeed hire him because they are so afraid of the mob. So why not just get it out of the way right now, fire Stefanski, and hire Flores?

I think we need an alpha who is content to build his resume for a few years. Otherwise, Stefanski is a dead man walking.
 
KS has 1 year left with watson.he has an entire offseason to rethink his OFF.thats fair.Im down.

with the 3-4 you have a versatile double team where you pick the overload point.
you can flip the MG double and double the OT with an LB or 2 and MG firing on the outside.
but we need a specialist (although taki was a DE and was brought in as a pass rushing LB)
JOK can blitz but needs work.then on obvious running plays you go 4-3 or 4-4

Yah, dink and dunk offenses that don't ask much of a QB will do that for average QBs who need controlled. It will also neuter great QBs who can throw dimes down the field. I hoped I would see a lot of different looks once Watson came back. I didn't. Just terrible neutering of a great QB. God awful red zone play. Well done Stefanski, here have another year.

KS will get his 1 year with Watson but I'd rather he go. No matter how better Watson will be next year (and he will), no matter how better the offense will be (and it will), KS will never stop trying to out cute opposing defenses instead of playing to the strength of the offense. I'm starting to think he's not using analytics and just going with his gut in critical moments and failing miserably. And he's not going to stop as long as he's the head coach. Toss him now.

Is this KS or KS doing what he can with the limitations given to him, including WRs? You could be 100% correct but for me it’s hard to tell until they get an offseason and hopefully WR help.

I’d guess KS would much rather tossing dimes then throwing for 5 on 3rd and ten.
 
Oh my God what a terrible tweet. This pulse thing is trying to compare 2 coaches with completely different rosters, coaches, schedules, injuries, environments and on and on. Hate those type of comparisons. Off season has begun.
