I get that Watson has to prove he hasn't done the peak-&-fizzle thing. It's happened to others. RG3 for example.
But, I don't get the 11-win Kenny Pickett love.

I would not try to compare Watson and RG3 considering RG3 was really a one year peak.

I also wouldn't put those only on a projection based on just the QB. But agree with not understanding the PIT love as far as record.

Comparing the 2 wouldn't be too smart considering there isn't much similarity in any regard.

Debatable points ...

Saftey -- Minkah is ranked 3rd overall, but Thornhill is 20th and McLoud was 7th. Delpit is also ranked above their #2 safety as well.
WR - Amari is top 20. They don't have one of those.
TE: Njoku has a better receiving grade then Freiermuth, they are similarly ranked on PFF, from an overall grade standpoint. The chief made Madden's top-10, at 8th, and Freiermuth did not. Additionally, Jordan Adkins is the 12th ranked receiving TE, out of 73.

Watson has had many a day like this at camp this year ….. but, he hasn’t.

Welp, here’s to another year of Lamar taking 6 plays to drive out to his own 40 yard line, then one 15-yard slant or scramble and whamo, FG time.

(so jealous about the FG part)
