The point isn’t to compare off field issues, but to show there is precedence for a very good QB to be off in his prime, and return to form. Vick actually posted better passing numbers with the Eagles.

I must say Watson has handled his time here about as well as we can ask. The national media is giving him the cold shoulder, most won't even bring up his name, and if they do, it's all negative. I hope Watson shoves it down their throats. He should be super motivated, and with his talent, that will be scary for defenses.

Dan Patrick is a pitiful excuse for a sports analyst. commentator, whatever you want to call him. Same boat as Cowherd, Stephen A, etc for me. Watson has answered all this stuff so many damn times, nothing new if you will is going to all of a sudden come out.
I think a lot in the media and other fanbases, and yes I think even a small percentage of our own fans, regardless how ridiculous that may be, want Watson to fail because of all this. He might or he might not, but damn just let's see what this season brings.
