I hate to say this but I kind of want to see DTR with a full week of reps.

I couldn't agree more. If Watson can't go against the Cards, give the start to DTR today and let him get ready.

Let's get Strong the ball 15 times with 4-5 receptions and see how that works for us. Let's get some downfield throws to Moore and Goodwin and work Njoku in the seams more. With that we might as well plan on a few INT's too.

I don't have crazy aspirations about DTR right now but our current starter is a turnover machine and Watson is a question mark at this point.

I just wonder if a full week of reps gets him more game ready. Maybe he takes care of the football. Though he did throw 3 picks against Baltimore so wtf do I know lol.

Just hate that it feels like we're right back to same old QB situation with all this talent on the team.

I would give DTR a half. If he shits the bed, give it to the human turnover machine. But I am hopeful Watson is announced as the starter today. If not .....

Also, bench Ford. Hunt and Strong seem like a very solid combo. Strong is bigger, stronger, faster, and has better vision than Ford.

Those were just tosses, to be fair.

We'll see when he plays if he can squeeze the ball into tight windows and throw a deep out in tight coverage. Those NFL throws that require serious zip on the ball and a ton of accuracy.
