It's almost all Jacques Baud. He said Crimea wanted to be an independent country and Russia recognized their independence but Ukraine did not. Also that Zelensky won 70% of the Ukraine vote on a campaign of peace which people openly said he would be killed if he signed any peace agreement and ever since has been pushing for war and he knew Russia would not tolerate the Ukraine army attacking the Russian speaking people in the Donbas region thus he provoked Russia into this war.

Baud a bright guy. the western side of Ukraine and the other 3/4 has not been on the same page for 2 decades. sadly it's became a weapons testing ground the past 2 years. see Minsk agreement this should've happened. not a war. but there was no money in that.
