Try to keep up. Whether he is right or wrong is not the question. I was just proving QCT's lie wrong in under 15 seconds. And btw McCarthy was looking like a STUD during the the Vikings off-season up until the point he was injured. He was the talk of the league.
I would take McCarthy over either of the long shots at the top of this draft and it isn't close. And that's exactly why the Vikings won't be trading him.

You literally used a guy who hasn’t been right since 1975.
McCarthy looked like a stud? In what world? He threw 17 pass attempts before being injured…2 TD’s and 1 INT…against other team’s 2nd and 3rd stringers.
Kid was mediocre in college and hasn’t proven he can play a down vs a 1st team D in the NFL.

98% of fans are casuals who just believe anything they are told. The media told them McCarthy is great, so they believe it. media told them they should be excited, so they are. McCarthy threw 17 passes vs 2nd stringers, 3rd stringers and practice squad guys, so he's great. Therefore they are excited. Got it.
To be clear, most Browns fans were excited about what they saw out of DTR in the preseason vs scrubs as well. So there's that.

My mom who can care less about football or Cleveland Browns/Pittsburgh Steelers rivalries remarked Myles looked like an idiot when that whole Rudolph thing went down years back. It was a story on the nightlife news so that's how she got wind of it. I tried explaining to her well don't judge, the dude writes poetry kind of thing. Supposedly a deep thinker. She just told me then well he still doesn't present well after she watched him interviewed.
Point being the fans definitely had his back after that incident. Myles shouldn't ever forget that .
